Our Story

Pasta & Pizza Run in Our Family

Sal and Anna, owners of Aldos Ristorante Italiano, both grew up in the restaurant business. Creating new recipes has always been a hobby since they were young children. Anna's father, Ambrogio Purpura and brother-in-law, Aldo Carollo opened Aldo's in 1984. In 1998 Anna's husband, Salvatore took over her fathers position as chef/owner. For the next 27 years, sisters Anna Alongi and Maria Carollo, along with their spouses, Salvatore and Aldo ran Aldo's. Today, Sal and Anna continue the families tradition as sole owners.
